Why?
"Because maybe smashing stores and setting fires isn't working too well."
Hi, my name is Amber. I'm 18 and very interested in encouraging people my age (or any age) to communicate with our leaders, but in a nice way.
And a well written, respectful letter is actually very effective.
So help us set a better example now. Please take a minute to write a quick note, suggestion or short letter that I can take with me to the White House. Snap a photo and text or email and I'll post it right away. Then off to DC.
So far I've collected hundreds letters from all kinds of interesting people and I'd love to read your letter. You can say anything you like (it's America after all) but please be polite and respectful.
Also if you're in a group, include contact information so I can try to make sure you receive an official response from the White House.
Some of the towns that have helped so far are Marble Falls, New Braunfels, Lockhart, Austin, Smithville, Bastrop, Burnet, Kyle, Wimberley, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Saledo, Belton, Phoenix with more coming.
Some groups include...
Liberty Toastmasters, Burnet 4-H, Pflugerville Republican Youth, Phoenix Black Lives Matter, Georgetown Republicans, Hays Republicans, Trump Train New Braunfels.
Hitting the road for Washington 3rd week of October and hope to stop by as many places as I can on the way. Thanks! Isn't America Awesome!
How to help right now.
